a traffic alert for drivers in northern virginia. one of the most congested enter changes in the area will finally be getting some relief. tomorrow, two new ramps will open connecting the eastbound dulles access road to the beltway's inner and outer loops. drivers on the access road used to have to cross several lanes of traffic to exit on the beltway. causing major traffic issues. the ramps were built as part of the beltway express lanes project. you can expect some headaches on metro this weekend as well. seven stations on the red line alone will be effected. buses will replace trains on dupont, circle and on the red line. two stations, however will, be open to service from other lines. metro center for blue and orange line trains. there will also be single tracking on the orange and yellow lines. work starts at 10:00 tonight and should be done by monday morning. >>> well, almost a dozen lucky dogs left homeless by hurricane isaac are here in d.c. >> if four-leched storm victims are ready to find new homes and best friends. nine do
